New professional joins S&ME in Knoxville

Knoxville- C.Todd Justice, P.E. has joined S&ME, Inc. in the Knoxville branch. His experience includes performing geotechnical engineering analyses (bearing capacity, slope stability, and settlement) derived from subsurface exploration data and local experience.

Justice’s field experience includes inspection of foundations during construction, field data and sample collection during geotechnical drilling and sampling operations, monitoring well installation, cone penetrometer testing (CPT), micropile installation, and interpretation of air rotary drilling for deep foundation exploration. The majority of his work is involved in the coordination of Tennessee Valley Authority and Tennesee Department of Transportation projects involving extensive geotechnical explorations and engineering analyses.
