Located in New Albany, S&ME maintains a full-service office providing environmental, geotechnical, and construction services for the transportation, energy, commercial and aviation markets. Additionally, our state of the art 13,000 square foot dedicated regional lab facility supports soils, concrete, and specialized asphalt testing.

The laboratory is also Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) accredited, and Army Corps of Engineers approved for concrete and soils testing with an extensive suite of asphalt testing equipment.
