S&ME Awarded WTS North Carolina Triangle Chapter 2021 Employer of the Year Award

S&ME received the WTS NC Triangle Chapter 2021 Employer of the Year Award. This award recognizes an organization that recruits, retains, and advances women and supports WTS through memberships, sponsorships, and employee involvement at the local level.
In a male-dominated industry, we are proud of our growing female representation within S&ME and look forward to seeing continual growth in the years to come. Currently, 67% of our Chief Executives, 42% of our Executive Leadership, and 29% of our Board of Directors are women.
