Mike Rowland is a Vice President and serves as Area Manager for the Energy Business Unit directing staff in the Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania offices. He leads a team of engineers, geologists and designers who provide full design and construction administration services for geotechnical, environmental and water resource oriented projects such as dams, landfills, ash pond closures, revetments, abandoned mine land reclamation and flood protection.
