West Livingston Street Roadway Extension

West Livingston Street Extension
West Livingston Street Extension

When complete, the West Livingston Street Extension will connect the Historic Parramore neighborhood with the new Creative Village in downtown Orlando.  S&ME professionals prepared roadway and conceptual streetscape plans. The complete street design included bike lanes, landscaping, lighting, parallel parking and pedestrian amenities (benches, bike racks, planters, etc.) and 10 ft. sidewalks with brick paver aesthetics. The design also included a new mast arm traffic signal at the Parramore Avenue intersection. This HUD grant-funded project connects to a proposed Bus Rapid Transit located near the University of Central Florida campus.
