The Lexington office of S&ME has established long-term working relationships with K-12 educational systems, universities, residential and commercial building developers, surrounding Departments of Transportation (DOTs), and utility providers. Our services include Kentucky Building Code (KBC) special inspections, geotechnical, construction materials testing (CMT), and non-destructive testing (NDT).
