S&ME is working as an extension of the District 4 Construction department personnel providing construction assurance management services. The project involves assisting the district in finalizing and certifying district-wide highway projects, ensuring compliance with West Virginia Department of Transportation Division of Highways (WVDOH) Standard specifications, finalization guidelines, and material certification requirements.
We are proud to assist the WVDOH in meeting project finalization workload demand which is exceeding its current capacity. Achieving this task is essential to achieve budgetary and funding goals for improved roadway systems throughout the state.
