Charleston Office Relocation
In partnership with Charleston-based RCB Development and JLL, S&ME’s office space has relocated to North Charleston.

Newly located at 7410 Northside Drive, Suite 110, North Charleston, South Carolina 29420, our office provides a full range of geotechnical engineering, construction services, environmental services, and health & safety services. Our Charleston construction materials testing (CMT) lab provides an array of soil and materials testing services and masonry testing for seismic assessment and retrofit of historic buildings.
Reggie Burgess was named North Charleston’s newest Mayor this year; a title held previously by Keith Sumney since 1980. Mayor Burgess tells us,

The Charleston office employee-owners are active members of several industry organizations such as the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), Society of Military Engineers (SAME), American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Charleston Civil Engineers’ Club, Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, Southern Carolina Alliance, and Pile Driving Contractors Association (PDCA).
