Kiser Middle School

The new Kiser Middle School in Greensboro, North Carolina, will soon be ready to serve the young students of Guilford County for years to come.  Positioned near Grimsley High School and the original Kiser Middle School, the new Kiser Middle School will have a layout of approximately 180,000 square feet and is 2 to 3 stories tall.

S&ME completed geotechnical exploration and environmental services during the design development phase, and is concluding construction materials testing and Special Inspection services for the project through summer 2025. The school area was previously used as playing fields for the adjacent Grimsley High School baseball team and playing fields for the original Kiser Middle School.
