Carbon Free Power Project

S&ME provided Quality Assurance (QA) and technical oversight on behalf of Fluor during a third-party subsurface investigation to support licensing and construction of a NuScale, LLC small modular reactor (VOYGR). S&ME provided full-time field observation, NRC support, and formal surveillance activities under our 10CFR50 Appendix B program for both field and laboratory activities.
