Port Canaveral Cove Master Plan

The master plan builds on the strengths of Canaveral Cove to create a themed destination and activity center. Port Canaveral desired a market-driven Cove that “contributes to the economic success of the Port, the surrounding Community, and the Region.” The plan included focused public involvement to participate in the overall vision and program development. The Cove development program includes a hotel, conference center, and retail shops. In addition, it includes a local artist venue, market, restaurants, and a small harbor area for boaters.
