S&ME was selected by the Lexington Center Corporation to generate “As-built” drawings for the structural roof framing.

S&ME was also selected to provide KY Building Code Special Inspections during construction, which consisted of:

Welding and Bolting Inspections for plan conformance and quality, during:

• Installation of steel reinforcement of the existing truss members
• Installation of new truss members
• Modifications to existing and new catwalks, and,
• Installation of the new cantilevered press-row / and camera platform on Level 4
